Well i ran SpyBot S&D and was wondering if Win32.Spynet.a HKCU and HKLM are big problems because they both showed up, and I got a few "trojan" reports from AVG 2011 Premium but it shows almost everything i download as a virus.

RATs and Keyloggers are usually stored in either you're System32 named as explorer.exe and in you're HKCU and HKLM directories.
So if you found something suspicious in any of those directories delete them instantly.
But you're account's are gone.
