I thought u guys would take the liberty and just google them, but ill take the time to explain as simply as i can, both things.

Bio-Genesis
In the most simplicity i can make it, organisms come from other organisms.

The Miller and Urey Experiment
Miller and Urey created a device that simulated the precam era in earth (~3 bya)


As the output, he found a liquid that closely resembles rain, then collected the liquid and put it into a flask. After a week, they analyzed the chemicals in the flask and found several kinds of amino acids, sugars, and other small organic molecules.
Those are the needed materials to make DNA.

And for the people that are stupid enough to thing spontaneous generation is true, its been proven wrong by Lois Pasteur and his flask experiment.

ok (look up precam earth if you dont know);

in precam earth, it was hell-ish, as in extreme conditions.
urey took those conditions and put it into a contraption that simulated them. Plus in precam earth there was methane and other gases.
As the outcome of the experiment gave a laquid that resembled rain water.
Urey let the liquid sit for 1 week in a flask, then he tested the water to see what was in it.
It contaged sugars and organic compounds.
Used to make DNA.
