Not necessarily, disect can be a word to open and look in the insides, you find out what makes it work, breathe, eat, and everything, for a hack, it is how to make the wallhack work, or any hack by that

PE Explorer = Download PE Explorer/Editor application, DLL Viewer, EXE Ressource Editor and Disassembler, Borland Delphi EXE Editor.
