Take away their colored names (make it like a normal users) and take away the smaller name. It makes them feel special. Just leave the tag.
Or take their avatar away (idea by @derpderp)

I say, cs have a limit of post per day, remove the color, and give them all a 2 month ban, every 2 months.

but so many people are requesting to be cs,
because they want a smaller colored name
this is to make it so that people stop doing that
and that cs is a bad thing, cus truthfully right now
its kinda not if so many people want it
