a month ago it was a constant 25 mbps and 6 up...

all the networks run slower when are too many people in the same time,like holidays , 2pm : 7pm ....intense traffic,you know.

I'm not entirely sure, but it shouldn't cost you any money if you're getting the service you're paying for. By boost, I didn't mean upgrade your service.

AT&T is my ISP. Most people hate them, but they're fairly good here.

I'm on my second arris modem and its starting to go out as well. We just went and got rid of our phone through comcast and went with vontage instead. I'd suggest calling a technician and have him come and give you a new modem after testing the one you have. And if you get rid of your phone through comcast just ask for a good old motorola surfboard, These Arris modems suck balls
