Installous doesn't have every app.
And the new redsn0w is better than greenpois0n, it untether jailbreaks 4.3.2 on any device.

3. Depends on your iDevices iOS version. Go to Settings in your iPod/iPhone/iPad, general, about, scroll down till you see version, then google those numbers then jailbreak. Example (4.3.2 jailbreak) and it should tell you, or youtube it.

4. Yes you'd need installous from cydia.
