It's true, there are high level hackers.
Me and my clan had a bunch of clan wars today.
One clan we versed 'Encore' - pretty average clan with high and low ranks.
We played Elim Pro in Death Room and agreed on no specs.
First thing that goes down is that half the team has specs and turrets. It was a close game with 2 - 2 and the last round the LTC - Combat Arms My Avatar -- Online FPS Action "zeZak_" uses his minigun to opk us, claiming he lagged. Too bad nobody recorded the gameplay.
Never though people actually would risk such high rank accounts using hacks.

I am a 2nd 5 83% to 1lt and I am considered a hacker. Why? Because when I was a CSM i opked and got CBL dirty. I never knew what CBL was until recently. Sooo I need a name change. But yea, high ranked hackers exist.
