I build my Comp was around 3,000Euros Mine much better I can run all games on max settings.
If you don't think that the speed an SSD provides you is more than 1 second, you're very mistaken.

The i7 is an unnecessary upgrade, especially if you are just using it for gaming. The i5-2500k would do fine, especially once you overclocked it to, I don't know, 4.5GHz. I am not exactly sure how efficient their cooling system is, but it would probably run fine. The RAM is overkill, but luckily you didn't choose anything faster (not sure if you were given the choice or not) since it would have been a waste of money. The Radeon HD 6990 4GB GDDR5, coming in at a whopping $750, is certainly overkill, as a single 6950 at 1GB can handle anything you throw at it with ease.
Overall, if you actually did buy this, which I doubt, it was a huge waste of money.
