To change the normal level, you need to change the experience.

999999999 - is level 80

0 - is level 1

444444 - I think is level 44

944444 - level 61

or so

The guy made a quick hack base for the new update. It doesnt have to look perfect, it just has to get the job done. And he can edit it for it to look better and have more uses over time, if you dont like that like @iXtreme Luke said then go somewhere else.
