I would only pay 20-50 for a hacked COL 1 with no perms.

I'm not really a big perm collector myself, so I don't care about that part too much. But its just that hacked accounts have such a high chance of being banned.

I'm not saying I wouldn't buy a hacked on account, I mean I don't really care, but spending more than 50$ for one doesn't seem safe.
