How to get FREE Vietnam w/ multiplayer

Things you need.
1) A copy of Battlefield Bad company 2 (steam edition)
2) Patience

Let me google that for you

You need to google ea activation, and enter your steam BC2 CD Key. Sign into your EA account
Ea Activation will give you the option of either getting BattleField Bad Company 2, or The Digital Deluxe Edition, of course you will choose the deluxe edition.

It will add the game to origin, and your set!

P.S. After i installed it I could not access vietnam, so i went into EA's live chat help system and asked them about it. They asked for the CD key and asked me where i got it, i told them i purchased a CD Key from a friend and activated it on origin. Then they gave me the code!

note that it only works if you have the steam version.

You can add the game as a non-steam game and launch it without origin, or when you contact EA (if you have to) they will give you a Vietnam CD Key, you can add that to the steam version after you start the game up. Either way works fine.

Nah, it didn't work for me. They kept telling me to only buy from authorized resellers, stuff like that. But if anyone gets it to work, good job.

When you contacted their live support did you have alot of categories to choose from? I chose the one that said Ingame issues or something, try that.
I told the man i bought the cd key from a friend and he gave me the veitnam CD key. Hope you can get it to work!

Yes, I was under BC2: Vietnam, Acount/Registration or something like that. I might be arsed to try again, though they have a record of my account already in live support. In all honesty, if I decide I want ti bad enough I'll buy it. I'm happy enough with BF3/Bc2 as it is.

Hey, I registered just so I could say that this actually works!! Not even kidding. I'll tell you all what I did.

1. I already owned Bad Company 2 on steam, so I went to the link in the main post of here, and followed his instructions.
2. When all that done, I went to THIS site for the customer support. For the category, I chose Game Play/In-Game. Obviously platform was PC
3. I then waited 15 minutes (-.-) for a live chat, and when I finally got into it, this is what I said:

4. As I said to Kuldeep, I opened Bad Company 2 in steam, clicked the Vietnam tab and entered the code he gave me, and all worked fine it's just a shame not many people play Vietnam

But anyway, there you go. That's how I did it, and it definitely worked. I would suggest you say something similar to what I said. REMEMBER, sucking up helps, even if you dont like doing it. These guys aren't going to help you if you're a dick to them.

So there we go, use your charm and you can get Vietnam for free
