Asus Transformer Prime tablet or LG Optimus 4X HD/2X phone?

I know I need a better phone.
But a tablet seems nice to use.
It's kinda like iPad w/ iPhone as there's Android tablet and I already have an Android phone.
But my Android phone is the shitty Samsung Galaxy Fit.

I honestly would go for the LG, I have a tablet but I never use it because its so much easier using my phone then bringing out a tablet the size of my head.

Nexus is shit.
The only thing why it's wanted is because it's the only ICS phone out right now.
Anyone can easily root and flash their Android phone to use ICS.
I flashed my phone not to ICS, cause it's still buggy.
I'm using Oj Mod 1.
With 801Mhz OC kernal.
So fuck Nexus.

As long as you have a rooted phone with OC kernal you could overclock.
I used Cyanogen, I tried the ICS version.
Really buggy.
I cbf installing the Gingerbread version.
I really like mine right now.
