combat arms hacks help

hi guys, I keep having a problem with using a hack on combat arms. I turned off my antivirus, I downloaded PerX Portal and Blue dragon injector and some different hacks that were approved and weren't patched, but everytime i try to run combat arms i get this error. "The program can't start because d3dx9_43.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem." I can run combat arms normally though.

Download the file your missing and put it in your System32 folder

Download the zip file not the fixer and put it in "C:\Windows\System32" and in your "C:\Nexon\Combat Arms" folders.
