    I got an Antec Kuhler 620 awhile back from Microcenter for $35 and it was pretty worth it for me. And I don't like big fans honestly, they are gigantic. IMO I rather have a radiator than a giant block of a heatsink but thats my opinion ofc.

    120MM fans should be quiet enough, shouldn't it?

    Anyways, my graphics card idles at 55 degrees celcius. Is that normal? :O

    Yes, the larger the fan the quieter the sound. And no, that is not normal. 55C is fine, but that seems a tad high.

    Not entirely true. A larger fan is usually quieter because they push greater CFM at lower RPM. If you were to up the RPM to match a smaller fans RPM then they would just as noisy, not to mention any fan with bad bearings will make noise regardless of size.
