These are the positions available. Some may close, some may open, make sure when filling out your application you fill out what position you're applying for. If you don't care what position you get, don't put anything.

  • Freelancer - A backup writer for the MPGH News. You are like a "substitute" and subbed in whenever someone is gone, on leave, or didn't turn in their articles. You're also free to help out with anything else within the MPGH News, etc.
• Interviewer
  
  • We have 1 interviewer position open currently. Interviewers interview 1 interview-worthy person, put it into format, and turn it in.

Trust me, it's not hours of work. Since you're going for an interviewer, it's even easier. Interviewing someone on MPGH who is interview worthy (you should do it over MSN, Skype, or an IM) takes 10 minutes - give or take.

What level of grammatical anality, are you looking for, because, if you've taken a course/read a book on grammar you realize that being 100% grammatically correct can sometimes sound completely awkward or douchey.

Like in my statement above a more grammatically correct version would be to say, "If so, that's well with me." which seemed douche-esque to me.

Well, take a look at our past interviews in our past editions. One from the 26th of October is stickied. Interviews are usually what people love to read on the news, so you don't really have to be all formal and grammatically correct in interviews.

It's fine, it's all we have open. We may open one other position that's an actual writing section, but I'm still waiting to see if it's needed to be open. Everything else is pretty much covered and gets done.
