if they use paypal they can't scam u cause if they do u just report to paypal that u didnt get the merchandise u paid for and then the police are involved and it is considered a fragulent offence..... there u go use paypal he scams u it starts out as 5 years in jail and 250 000 dollar fine because u have all the info on paypal for proof and because it is done accross paypal the charges and fines are steeper becuase it is considered and international crime
