Well considering the game is based on a level/item system its not really surprising kirito(who actually does the grinding and leveling on the side) is overpowered for the most part.

For the majority of the first season kirito hangs out in lower-than-his level groups.

Guild wars 2 doesn't have level scaling except for in the pvp realm.(heart of the mist).

The big battles(world v world) are incredibly imbalanced in favor of the higher level players. To give you an accurate representation, go to heart of mist and play with testing gear vs pvp gear. Without the many talent points, runes, and utility skills(not to mention ultimate), and equipment, any lower level is at an automatic disadvantage to such a degree its not really a competition no matter how skilled the player may be.

Eh, its probably my second favorite series. Though this amv just came out, It is pretty damn well done.

I'd like to review it, but I find it hard to compare it to as it tops most other anime.
