U can play with 17 slots in create a class when in custom games. I guess the question was if the hack that let's u have 17 for multiplayer works or not.

Yea, There was a glitch aparently it was patched though. you use to be able to use 17 slots in multiplayer games also. I used it on my old account for a short time before my old account got banned.
