It can be both, but I don't think aimbot has a delay and u can see the guy look at the opponent and after he lays down, the aimbot.. then locks on target and it wasn't a headshot either.

It could be high sensitivity and luck with the aim...But ofcourse there's a high chance it's an aimbot

^Well said but, with speed like that, it doesn't even look like he scrolled the viewangles, from my experience, that's a program writing to your view angles...
So I'm 80% sure it's an aimbot.

Nope, seems like a regular gameplay I didn't see one time where it looked like that
