Supplies to spin the wheel
Early last night a moderator confirmed that the requirements to do spin the wheel quest has been REMOVED! Now everybody who doesn't have the pet can do it!

yeah i just tried the supplies to spin the wheel bot on lebot and you still need crag and bamboozle to complete it.

Not if you do it at nulgath's shop. The pet version works!
