I really don't give 3 fucks about this trial, and the fact that it's getting this much media attention makes me hate this country.
This is the type of shit that invokes race riots. Not sure if anyone remembers LA in the 1990's..
Sheeeit if I could I'd rather watch the Whitey Bulger trial.. that's some straight up mafia shit and it's been a rowdy trial from what I've heard.
Lol I just noticed Zimmerman on your SIG. I thought you were ultimate Mortal Kombat fan.

Prosecutors brought up manslaughter because they have no definitive proof that it was 2nd degree murder. Not a single positive shred of evidence against him.
Yeah, you're absolutely right but being the clear thinking individual that you are you know why this bullshit is getting so much media attention.
It's not about a 17 year old black kid getting shot by a mixed race dude.
It's about doing away with the stand your ground law without going through the political hoo hah of lobbyist .
This Cunt-try gets more predictable by the week my friend.

I'm saying he walks with at most a suspended sentence and a few years probation. There's no evidence against him except a few "witnesses" who say he "profiled" Treyvon, which can't be proven so that will be tossed.

Oh I completely agree, they're trying to rape Florida's laws and judicial system. Definitely why they jumped at how they started with 2nd degree and right before the trial gave the option for manslaughter instead. They're trying to make them all look inept, and that Florida's laws "don't work", meanwhile they're some of the most sensible laws out of all of the states. Fucked up country.

Why. Is it because it's a racial issue that you consider him a murderer?

In all honesty I believe it to be a mixture of the two. In the very beginning days proceeding the incident, the media made a very strong case to the point of racial profiling. The MSNBC editing scandal only intensified these ideas.

It's truly sad how this and similar events are undeservingly thrust into the spotlight for no reason other than furthering political agendas.

I believed your statement to be taunting and not an actual argument.
This is furthered by the fact that is was entirely ignorant.

To add, I don't see why you're even arguing it.
Evidence is a qualitative thing, and based solely upon conjecture.
I never stated that it was quantitative, which you seem to be arguing for.

Without the Media, there wouldnt be a trial.

Cops should have made the arrest in the first place.

2 cases that I can recall where someone else had claimed "Stand my Ground" and they were both arrested, and it took less than 30 days lol.

Please tell me you're joking..there is a trial in even the most minor offenses in this country.
It's not like the media funds these things. In most cases defendants have to pay court fines.
I know I did when I refused a breathalizer a few years back.

The Incident Happened on : February 26, 2012
Special Prosecutor appointed only after media involvement : March 22, 2012
    Zimmerman was arrested/Turn self in/Charged : April 11, 2012

Its not normal for such a crime of that level that it takes close to 2 months 2 arrest someone. This wasn't some drunk driving, this was/potentially a murder.

The fact that this trial took 2 weeks and the jurors more than 3 hours( and counting) of deliberating means there was enough evidence for Zimmerman to at the very least, be arrest, arraigned n shit.

Without the Media involvement you wouldn't have the special prosecutor, you wouldn't have the charge.

Please show me a case which involved death that it also to so long for charges to be brought up.

    (psss I'll be waiting)

    No.

It appears you're mistaken as to how long jury deliberation takes. Even in cases where there is a rather clear verdict, deliberation may take weeks or more. For an example, the OJ Simpson trial took well over a year.

Fuck it you're right. I haven't really followed this case enough.
I forgot originally that he wasn't arrested.
Wasn't until the public out cry that they arrested him.
That mainly came from social media and spilled into mainstream, so yeah you're right.
I'm humbled here, I'll admit it.
