I was doing Nulgath and I got a member one for one account. Did Spinning Supplies and got members for everyone else. Non-member is probably harder to get.

Just keep trying! Took me 3 days to get a Non-Mem voucher and then I got 2 in one hour! It just depends purely on luck :P Just keep at it.

when i was farming juggs i would get about 2 mem vouchers per day i didnt get the non mem voucher until after over 100 quests turnins and i had more than nessasary (both of the times i did it )
