Informants are convicted criminals who agree to help police in order to lessen their own prison sentence. If they successfully help the police, it benefits them directly. They are in no way affiliated with any police department, and are in fact, criminals. This man quite obviously planted his own cocaine on the premises in order to "confirm" the business's illicit rumors and earn himself a get out of jail card.

What If i told you that vice crimes are in direct correlation with a population economic status and not their race. Meaning if you were to go lets say China, you'd find the Chinese in the poor neighborhoods would commit the crimes.
