Can I upgrade my PC?

Okay so I have an HP - Pavilion Desktop and when I play games like DayZ I kinda lag. I was wondering if I can upgrade my PC like a new graphics card or more ram and ETC.. I don't know that much about PCs and I wanted to know if I can upgrade the parts of it and if I can what should I upgrade on it for it can run games like DayZ with like 50-30 fps?

You absolutely need a Graphics Card, and if your budget allows it, a new CPU.

Like aborted said, you really need an new graphics card, i'd suggest the Geforce gt610 2gb

Like aborted said, you really need an new graphics card, i'd suggest the Geforce gt610 2gb

GT610 is a low end card and not fit for gaming at all, it's actually a waste of money if someone want a gaming performance card and bought it, i have already tried the GT610 2GB from AFOX, and trust me! just waste of money.
Minimum cards to get are HD 7750 \ 7770.

1. Motherboard, check motherboard if it have a pci-e slot.
2. Power Supply, if your PSU is under 400WALT, then you need to upgrade it.
3. Processor, if the CPU is too weak like a dual core or less you won't be able to handle a good video card.
4. Case Size, if you have a small sized case, you may have problems with non htpc ready cards.

How much Walt do you have in PSU ?
If you have between 320 - 400w, i suggest to get GTX 650 or Sapphire HD 7770
