How can I get one of those nice titles?

I was wondering what would it take to get one of those nice banners people have.

Well the banners above me are staff/usergroup tags. If you want a custom image title (that's what they call it), you must have 1,337 posts or become a donator. After becoming a donator you can request user name changes, titles, image titles, color text titles - anything without having a post requirement.

You contribute/prove yourself worthy enough to gain the position from a Manager. Also, I don't think managers like tag hunters too much. Keep that in mind.
