Definitely. I lost about 60ish pounds from it, and my cousin lost about 180 pounds from it. I recommend it to anyone who wants to lose weight.

Please note that's it's also a weight lifting diet. You don't really have to go get a gym membership, but you do have to start exercising if you aren't already. Push ups are your best alternative if you don't wanna buy any weights (because being able to lift the weight of your body is more than enough).
