Just edit in small groups. open up a notepad and copy sections and past - save - edit - copy - paste - save... etc.

since it says I cannot access the resource, my guess it thinks im trying to post too much information?
it can be used as a sort of attack, post pictures that have very large filesizes/use a shell to repeat downloads of large files to slow a website, but with the users/traffic we get im sure this would never possible be effective

You can't put the quotes in until you have everything else. You put quotes in last.
