I have no idea when the investigation will end nor do I know what the judge will say.
I can't imagine me being in front of the harmed girl and her parents having to face justice .. I'M STUUUPIIIIDDDDD

Yes. Here in Canada when you go to court you have the choice to pay for a lawyer or get a free lawyer given by office.

The thing is , I didn't stop them from doing it nor did I call the cops to tell them life were in dangers so I'm a accomplice.

Legal procedures might be different in your country, but here are a few things:

- Stop panicking, you are just nervous.
- The procedures take a long time usually.
- Try to talk to a lawyer before the trial starts, and get him present at police hearings. Or take the beating like a man, and don't worry, they don't leave any marks.
- Even if you did throw the rock that hit someone, they most likely wont find your fingerprints on them.
- You and your friends are in this together, talk about what you are going to say.
- You wont go in jail for 5 years, i'd say few months at most.
- In case you do go to jail, stop worrying and start enjoying your self.
- Jail is not that bad, if you can smash a little girls teeth in, you will fit in just fine.

Relax, even if you were an accomplice, you still did not physically damage something or injure someone. You'd probably only get a slap on the wrist and that'll be the end of it.

But, I do not know the laws of your country :/ so my words are pointless...
