Ok, try not to overreact but:

This is probably the best anime I've ever seen.

Story, animation, soundtrack, characters, presentation: All 10/10.

Bit of a slow start, but man.....the storytelling/characters are just insanely well done.

Yeah it gets better as it goes too.

My main surprise is that Nadeko, is a very uninteresting character and not exactly a good arc when she becomes a focus. I personally hated her because she wasn't just fanservice, she was so detached from relevance to other characters, araragi especially, and that her entire arc was rather boring outside of the Kanbaru scene.

HOWEVER in this season her arc is probably the best one by far and its REALLY well done.


If I could relate this in terms most everyone would understand: Basically yamcha got another shot and he was fucking epic somehow.

I watched bakemonogatari first 3 episodes till the crab spirit thing. it was going aound my head and I stopped understanding what I was seeing so I stopped. might rewatch.

It's not that complicated, the main character helps solves other-worldly cases with help from others. It's basically Requiem from the Darkness with better animation, stories and fan service.
