DayZ standalone server

Sup, my CS:GO servers hoster is thinking about setting up a DayZ standalone server when they release the dedicated server files.

kinda advertising for my own game group here, but if we open a server at the start is our best chance at getting popular, we're already on the top #10 for CS:GO. they are thinking a 40 slot server, and at least 15+ of our members have it already


just want some input if you guys want it

Good luck with that, i am trying to put ant ts3 server here for free with 250 slots, but Arun says it's a bad idea.

Sure, if MPGH gets a dayZ standalone server I might buy the game though I didn't really like the arma II dayz

Can't expect the staff to spend money on things like that.
Might as well use a Skype room to group call everyone.
Thats free.
And I dunno if you know, we already have a Skype room, and it's pretty dead, so thats prolly why arun doesn't want it.

Sure, if MPGH gets a dayZ standalone server I might buy the game though I didn't really like the arma II dayz

It wouldn't be an MPGH server, it would be a server from our game group. But we're friendly guys, and if its a custom server we could set up the games however people want it. If we were to go through with it I would advertise for it though, I'm sure the lot of you would get along with our guys pretty well.


And as I've heard even the Alpha release of the Standalone blew ArmA2 Dayz off the map already

Only problem is my computer couldn't keep up with ArmA2 dayz , Not going to buy the game if I cant play it so I won't be able to play with you guys just yet

I'd love to play on the server, just bought the game and I'm downloading it now never been so excited for a game in my life haha.
