Not to be a buzzkill but I think that he just added in the motion blur in some editing software to make it look pretty, if someone could play like that then it wouldn't be someone it would be something. Either way though that video is just pure shit-bucketing at it's finest.

This guy in the video is making use of something called Bunny Hopping which is an exploit of sorts that lets you move fast as hell but is SUPER difficult. The fact that this guy can do it so fast and flawlessly is amazing even if he is using an automatic B-Hopping script.
