I got this thing from this guy that I can keep forever.
He provided me a VPS on a VPN running on top of Windows Server. He also gave me like an IP and stuff. So that means I can run servers right. I can control the VPS from my computer. Thanks, please tell me features.

Yeah, you can definitely run a server or two. The performance isn't going to be nearly as good as a dedicated hardware server though, especially if you plan on using your computer while hosting. It should be fine for moderate traffic, just don't expect blistering speeds or excessively heavy load.

If so, then your performance will be rather good, though the latency may be a tad higher.
