they should be v40... Haven't opened steam in a while, so it shouldn't have updated. Unless hotfix, which is unlikely

i was downloaded dlc 3 by nosteam, which contains .exe files. I deleted them and again download redacted client and now it's working..
btw. thanks for your help.

Shit's being updated.
Just because a server (in beta that have had close to 100% updtime during the past week) restarts doesn't mean that the servers were instantly shut down when your awesomeness joined-.-
Oh, also banned for reasons.

EDIT:
You know when you see that popup saying "an administrator must activate your account before you can login"? Well, it doesn't mean that you should try to register 20 times (not joking) just to try and spam the chat with "ban me again noobs". Could be a warning to the minions here though, he has quite a few gmail accounts.

Ye, I switched back to email an hour before you registered as he downloaded a spambot and flooded the approval section with a few hundred registrations using the same email as phpbb apparently doesn't check if an email is banned until after the account is activated.

After the 0.6 update the game will no longer connect to the servers. It just hangs at connecting to online services. I tried waiting it out but it failed to connect. I have had this problem for 3 days straight now so i doubt they were working on the servers for that long. I hope this is fixed in 0.7

Ye, try downgrading to v0.5. v0.6 fixed crashes for most but caused people with odd network setups to time out. You can view the upcoming changes here: https://dl.redacted.se/betachangelog.html
That's only for special beta testers though.

There's a slight hickup in the development process due to family members passing away so no ETA.
