can anyone help me out and make it for me? because i have no idea how to and i don't have photoshop

for some reason it isn't available in the US, only Canada and Finland as i know of.. so if you have a vpn just change it and you can watch it

Whoops I misread, there's an application that can help you called Gifcam, it's posted here on MPGH somewhere, use the search box to look for it and tell me if it works for you.
