Added a fresh copy of CSGO to an acc, played Classic Competitive. Won 3 matches, lost 1, won 2 more, lost 1 then won 3 more. I was always 1st or 2nd frag with most MvPs. Now I'm ranked Silver II, fucking seriously?! I won 4 matches in row, still stuck in Silver II! This piece of shit just won't go any higher. Valve, fuck you with respect.

It's not just the amount of wins. I'm pretty sure the matchmaking places you in games compared to various levels. The ones that you lost were probably higher than Silver II, the ones were you won were below Silver II. Chill bro, not everyone is pro at CS.

You were paired against higher level teams with the games you lost than the games you won. Losing also hits harder than winning. Quite basically, losing one game will need you to win between 1-5 matches of a similar tier depending on if all of the other players are of equal rank or one rank higher.
