    They, most likely, don't check reports anymore, because they're busy with Ghosts, so the risk is smaller..But VAC is still active, so yea..

    This is true. The "ban team" was closed due to the 'active member' left the company and started somewhere else.
    -And as Lovroman says, their mostly like not bothering to "pay" people to check reports and such anymore. As the game is not in their focus anymore.
