I don't know what to say. Since whether the main account is used or not, it will still be the same issue. Why not just unban the main and simply bar him from the Marketplace, and if he's caught by anyone doing anything even remotely relating to the marketplace, the ban is reinstated, might actually be easier to track him that way, than with a new account.

That's what I said in another case but then @Symmetrical said no to doing that. Apparently we don't do that.

What would stop him from going on another account,
look into the marketplace,
contact the seller,
say that he's ima?,
show proof by sending a PM,
then scam the user?

You mean apart from an easy search leading to his scam report and this thread? He could do the same thing now, and claim the ban is for something unrelated. We can't base actions on hypotheticals. Perhaps I can add a bold text to his title that reads BLACKLISTED or something similar. However I have little care for people who refuse to do any form of background research, or use an OMM, when it involves money.

This situation has previously arisen, and we unbanned @Player_Gammer and @Haxxxer007 They were given their original accounts back and they were BLACKLISTED, but continued to trade and were re-banned. An image title saying BLACKILISTED may work better, and would allow traders to see if they were a baddie or not.

I suggested exactly the same to Liz yesterday, privately. I think text title or image title with the text: DO NOT TRADE will be the best idea.

How about both... "Blacklisted - Do No Trade"

It would be text, as that is easiest to maintain and basic. Do Not Trade would be sufficient, the obvious flaw being for people who have donated or do donate, or special groups, they can edit their own titles. Obviously doing so will immediately set the ban into effect again, but technically it CAN be done.

@Ima? Unbanned, title added. If you try to remove it, post in the marketplace be it for trading, buying, selling, vouches or anything related to it at all dealing with the marketplace, not just in the section but on your VM's or PMs; Or if you're reported for trying to participate in any sale/trade/buy even if its on skype with members of this site, your ban will go back into effect, permanently. I hope this is quite understood. There will not be any other chances. Avoid the marketplace at all costs.
