Why does VM are so messed up ?

I just don't understand it, half of the messages are like: "Plzzz help me to make cheat" or "Sir can you share your source code sir ?". I don't get that at all , people should just use PM more and use VM for something more important or it should be used just for Thanks, Birthday Wishes, Group Invites and stuff like that. That's just how I feel about it.
