You NEED a 64-bit computer.. I think.
Also, for those who are saying that the game disconnects, it doesn't for me. Weapons are working fine for me and no one sees it as default weapon (MP5, M16A1, SSG82 etc.). Multi Weapon works too!

Yes, that's possible . Try to explore the totalitem.bsv in your BS folder (using a hex editor) and you can see the values of weapon that you want to scan and change. For example you want to change value of kukri knife, scan: CD 00 00 00 02 00 00 00 58 01 00 00 4B 75 6B 72 69 20 4B 6E 69 66 65 then look for 0F and change it to what weapon you want.

The reason why we hack (MP5, SSG82, MK23, Knife and Frag Grenade) cuz they are unlimited and (M16A1) is the cheapest rifle.

No it's not just a skin package. It's the actual weapon. You can verify this from a bunker defense room by checking the mastery received from headshots.
