How Do I get ped and player of another player ?

I am messing around with C++ and working on a online menu. I just can't figure out how to get the player and ped object of other players.
I was able to get all names of all current players in the lobby but not the ped.

I think I can get the Player object by this:

PLAYER::INT_TO_PLAYERINDEX(PLAYERINDEX)

if I am correct ?

But how do I get the PED ? Without that I can't work with other players.
