Beer hats in gta online

i want the beer hats from the independence day.
and i dont know how to get it.
there may be trainer can give me this dlc clothing?
or any other way? i try with tunbels editor and that not working, that unlock only american hats.

Tunables doesn't give you the beerhats for some reason. There's tunables for it, but they never do anything. Forcing special crates as well, doesn't work but the independance day tunable does - so that's half the battle.

You can look into a mod called "Skin Control". It allows you to 'equip' clothing pieces. You'll have to save them in your Outfit slots however, as it doesn't put them them into your inventory (no menu does to my knowledge - it's a server side inventory).

For the character, select "Free Roam" Male or Female (you'll have to be Online for this to work) and you can then select clothing pieces to wear. Save them in your Outfit slots in order to keep them (you can also just keep it equipped, but putting something else on which removes/replaces it means it's gone until you use Skin Control to put it back on).
