Annoying Kid has "Unhackable server"

So this annoying kid spams youtube/forums/sites with his server IP. Bans anyone who says anything he doesn't like, and annoys everyone. He has on multiple occasions said he is a "Pro hacker" and can DDOS anyone at all. He has laughed and said his server is unhackable and he has no care, he also says he is 28 and always uses the excuse "I have to go workout now" then goes and plays a different game. His server is an ARK: Survival Evolved un-official server. And I use to play on it until he started running it and banned nearly everyone. Seriously this kid needs to be stopped.

seriously it's annoying to listen to him. He needs to be taught a lesson. Honestly I just want this kid to stop being so rude and to learn to be respectful to people. Not to mention he has scammed people by getting them to donate for his server, then bans them right after and tries to make them pay to get unbanned.

I'm not trying to get a request man, I'm just a bit upset you know? I don't game much but when I do it's fun to just relax and unwind. Seeing kids who just run home from school and start ruining crap makes me a bit angry so I needed somewhere to take it out. This is no request at all to get some army backing me up. I do apologize however if it seemed like I was trying to get people to help me.
