You'll get one, because the patch made it so if any player that uses DLC without them actually buying it, it gives you a cheater tag till you disable the DLC Unlocker.

It does, but what does that matter?
It doesn't matter if you have all the dlc stuff sitting in your inventory (modded, painted, etc), the moment you use it without owning the dlc, you get the cheater tag.
Only way to get rid of that tag is to stop using the dlc item and relaunch your game.

There is a lua script on another site that will disable the cheater tag if you host, but you cannot use the dlc (without buying it) on other peoples servers without the tag.

You could possibly patch your Steam AppID's but I'm not getting into that as it's basically erm... not legal? So yeah just buy the DLC if you really want it
