Hey thanks guys. I got a new NA sponsor cause the other one wasnt that nice. I got to meet him yesterday his name is Bruno. I thank you guys for helping me make the right choice. I wasnt in a really good mindset before. last time i felt like that was after i detoxed off of heroin. I was on a opiate blocker that helped me but i was still twitching

Try to go out and get your mind off of things.
Whats a hobby you enjoy? (Other than drugs, obviously.) Go out and do that.
As Arun stated, it is only a downward spiral.

I was going through some depression for a while, but I found the source of why I was feeling that way.
For me, it was money.
I was really bummed about my financial situation, and that let to me focusing on every other negative thing in my life.
Eventually, I got tired of not doing anything about it, and focused on finding a solution to my depression.
I am not the type to go to others for advice/help, so I knew I had to help myself.
I helped myself by realizing that negativity and bad experiences/events are part of life.
Standing there dwelling about it all the time would not get me anywhere.
I accepted what was, and started being more positive.

Whatever problems you have are only temporary, and with time, they fade away.
Even emotional/mental scars will fade.
There HAS to be something that is causing you to do all of this.
Try and focus on yourself and ask yourself, "What do I need to be happy?"
Once you figure it out, commit to pursuing, and achieving that goal, happiness.

Whatever is causing you these pains, make it your bitch.
You got to overcome it and then you'll look back at yourself and realize what you overcame.

Get some help. Don't stop until you stop. Get some friends who you can trust. Tell them about your problems. If I had you as a friend I would help you get out of it. Go out with them. Do anything that prevents you from doing dis stuff.
