That idea is foreign to me in the sense that it makes no sense. If a business gives out refunds on clothes without getting the clothes back, then their product and selection must be lackluster at best.

Or the company is rich and doesn't care about some missing clothes here are there, and the employees also don't care because it doesn't come out of their paycheck so they just issue the refund if you sound legit enough.
