L9 to Ghillie/Arctic Wolf looks screwed up. First, it turns small and second, we can't find a way to skin the rags. I don't know if D Worm's M24 to L9 mod makes it skinned though. Never bothered to try because there wasn't a real screen shot.

Okay make an L9 to Arctic wolf that looks exactly like an Arctic Wolf. Size will be an exception.

you cant skin the rags, the actual skin for the rags is part of the real artic wolf, you would have to edit code to make the rag skin stick to the original l9
