Could you make something like an External ESP red box hack?

Something that reads the game but doesn't modify it. MW3 had a good one that was usable for the longest time. You had to play in windowed mode, but you could play windowed mode at 1920x1080.

Would be pretty fun for sniper feeds, I'm not really someone that uses hacks all that often, but a LOT of people would love this kind of hack. External ESP would probably be less detectable than a VSAT hack, since the red box would only be an overlay on the screen, and not in the game itself.

ive already gotten VAC banned about 3 days ago so yes and its also a high risk of getting banned im looking to see if i can do a VAC bypass or something that will allow me to get back online but for now do not download it (or as stated above, use at your own risk.)
