    MAC Banned?

    Everytime i launch the game it stops and i got 0xE019100C
    It says that the computer is not permitted to run the game..

    What i'm suppose to do now, i'm very disapointed..

    Try opening the ports for the game by port forwarding.

    i got the same error since today...
    i already changed the mac address ...but i still get the error =(
    what else can i do? pls help
