Cannot have both, I also do not keep links for images around. You have to find it, or host it yourself with imgur or tinypic. The night owl image title will replace the text title.

Also @Moose , What are the rules for having multiple? is it only staff? , of does that still Require post count?

What are the requirements for Name Color Change or is this possible for anyone besides staff?

It is only staff, and does not rely on any post count. Name color is tied to the usergroup you belong to. Blue for regular members, gold for Donors, etc. As such it cannot be customized by anyone.
