Here's a better question. What did UPS specifically call you about? What did they mention? If you're getting cold feet at this point it wont help you. You should always remain calm and understand what is actually happening vs what you think is happening.

Got an email a few days ago from amazon where someone told me I had unusual amount of packages lost. Then today UPS called about the ps4 and I quickly told him I didn't have time and he should call later today, which he hasn't. I'll see tomorrow, but I've calmed a bit more down now

Just stop refunding a lot of things. Only refund once in a while so you dont get this bullshit
